CAVE SHEPHERD GIVES SPECIAL TREAT TO BRIDES-TO-BE
THE phrase "the perfect wedding" is taking on new meaning for couples entering the Cave Shepherd Bridal Showcase this month.
Brides-to-be who register at the Registry's Bridal Showcase up to October 18 will have the chance to walk away with prizes, including an exercise bike to help get in shape for the wedding day, a bridal make-over package for herself and two bridal attendants and luxury luggage from the retailer's luggage department, all to make their special day one to remember.
Kim Tatem, events coordinator with DutyFree Caribbean, explained that the showcase, which highlights the services options available for couples looking to "tie the knot", was a follow-up to the tremendous response they had to a similar event held in April.
"The Bridal Showcase, which spans two-and-a-half weeks, is on a larger scale than we've had before and encompasses most of our departments on all three floors. More service providers are taking part and that includes the wedding planners and consultants, the photographers, wedding dress designers, caterers, even a travel agency is on board, and these are all persons that help to make the wedding experience extra special," she said.
Tatem said that in addition to the consultants on the ground floor, the showcase includes Linens and Housewares, the Men's and Women's as well as the Children's Clothing Departments on the first floor; Tasha's Wonderland, among other departments, which all offer wedding apparel.
"At Cave Shepherd's Bridal and Gift Registry, we understand how important the wedding day is, mostly for the brides who want to look their most beautiful and have the ceremonies run like clockwork.
"That means everything from the dress to make-up; the arrival of the car to transport the wedding parties; the wedding ceremony and reception, should all be as stress free as possible for that couple. The great thing about this is they can win great prizes that will certainly help in eliminating some of that stress," she added.
