CAVE SHEPHERD TEAMS UP WITH HIV/AIDS COMMISSION TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR VALENTINE'S

CAVE SHEPHERD and The HIV/AIDS Commission have teamed up to promote prevention awareness on Valentine's Day.

On February 14, members of the Commission will be handing out information leaflets at the retail outlets' Broad Street branch and encouraging customers to be tested.

"The issue of HIV/AIDS is one that affects all of us and we are pleased to be able to lend whatever assistance we can to this effort to raise awareness," said regional director of marketing, Tracey Lloyd.

"February is the month for love and we want to encourage all our customers to celebrate the special occasion, but we also want to encourage them to stay safe and love life and our Broad Street store will be decorated to promote this," she added.

The partnership is part of the Commission's "Love Safely Week" and will also see Cave Shepherd incorporating educational information about HIV and AIDS in its print advertising.
