FIRST 'WISH BIG' WINNER

PAGES, Big B, brought a ray of sunshine into the life of Pine Primary school teacher, Mitchelle Cadogan, when she became their first winner of Duty Free Caribbean (DFC) store's Wish Big promotion.

The Wildey, St. Michael resident was about to take her daughter for some medical tests when a Cave Shepherd team showed up at her home to let her know of her good fortune and to deliver her 'big' prize of a Nikon Digital camera.

Noting that it came when nothing much has been going right for her she said, " I have never won anything and it's a great surprise. At first I thought it was a joke when I was notified that I had won but I am truly happy that it wasn't," said the Pine Primary School teacher who purchased books on Barbados to use in her Social Studies class from Pages Bookstore.

Kim Tatem, DFC's events coordinator, presented the prize to the delighted Cadogan and expressed the company's pleasure of having her as the first winner of the Wish Big promotion.

She said, "We are encouraging customers to get involved and win the many fantastic prizes we are offering, including a 42 inch flat screen television, a portable DVD player, a Play Station Portable {PSP), a Crossbow Home Gym and a pair of his and hers Omega watches.

"Customers who spend $75 or more at any of the DFC outlets of Cave Shepherd, Harrisons, Pages Bookstores and Total Sport, or $150 at Colombian Emeralds International or Courts, Cave Shepherd receive an entry form for the chance to 'Wish big' and win."
