DUTY FREE CARIBBEAN STORES LAUNCH CHRISTMAS COMPETITIONS

THE STORES of Duty Free Caribbean (DFC) will be making dreams come true for several people this Christmas with the launch of their exciting holiday promotions.

Customers of Cave Shepherd, Harrisons, Colombian Emeralds International, Pages Bookstores and Total Sport will get the chance to 'Wish big' and win one of 14 fabulous prizes that showcase the vast array of merchandise across the group's stores, including a 42 inch flat screen television, a portable DVD player, a Play Station Portable (PSP), a Crossbow Home Gym and a pair of his and her Omega watches, among others.

Anita Elms, DFC regional marketing manager, says, "Our aim is to give customers a great selection of gifts every week this Christmas season. We are offering something for everyone through this competition and customers get to win prizes from among our list from as early as November 18 through to December 31."

She added that they also want Cave Shepherd cardholders and Harrisons catalog shoppers to know they are special and there will be competitions especially for them. Some lucky Harrisons catalog shopper, will win a New Year's Eve night out for him/her and nine friends, while a card holding Cave Shepherd shopper will get an opportunity to win $12 000 worth of fashion, fragrance and cosmetics. There will also be Spa treatments for six persons signing up for the Cave Shepherd card.

All Pages bookstores will be encouraging children to read the Magic Tree House series this holiday and get a free backpack. "Random House is partnering with us once again in providing free gifts for children, this time for educational reading. The gifts simply remind children of the fun and excitement of reading," says Elms.
