THREE WIN CAVE SHEPHERD'S BACK-TO-SCHOOL COMPETITION
THREE LUCKY primary school students have won $500 vouchers with the Cave Shepherd Back-To-School Competition, which was open to all primary and secondary school students in Barbados.
The individual winners of the competition are six-year-old Anica Holder of Boarded Hall, St. Andrew, a student of the St. Saviour's/St. Simon's Primary, six-year-old, St. Elizabeth Primary student, Romario Turney of Foster Hall, St. Joseph and eight-year-old Danielle Belgrave of Glebe Land, St. George, a Class Two student of St. George Primary.
The vouchers were the reward of their parents shopping at Cave Shepherd and Pages Book Store between May 17 and August 15, this year, and dropping their purchase receipts into the Back-To-School Competition boxes from which their names were drawn.
"We are pleased with the response, having received receipts from parents of 120 primary and secondary schools," said Kay Wiseman, local advertising and media manager, Duty Free Caribbean.
Store manager Beverley Belgrave, presented the children with their prizes, which are redeemable in school uniforms, including shoes, bags and textbooks at Cave Shepherd and may be used by parents to make purchases for this school year or the next.
